Spring Care for Skincare!

Normally during the colder wintry months I feel it is the time when skin needs that extra bit of TLC. Your skin can feel dryer and duller than usual. This year I’m studying for exams so my skin is definitely on a roller coaster journey.  Now that we’re in April, and hopefully some sunshine is on the way I wanted to show you some skincare products that I have been using on my skin for the last while.

To help my skin I wanted to buy some products from a brand I really like. I first bought some Clarins Make-up last year ( Some of my CLARINS Make-up and Skincare ) in my local Pharmacy first plus. My mom also uses Clarins skincare and recommended their skincare range to me, so of course I had to test it out for myself.

These are the products below which I use:

Clarins Water Comfort One-Step CleanserIMG_2689[1]

From only reading the title of the product you can instantly tell why I like this product. A ‘One-Step’ cleanser in the morning is a life saver. It’s so fast and easy and there’s no need to rinse it off. Some cleansers can make your skin feel dry when applied but this makes your skin feel clean, hydrated and fresh.

Clarins Hydra-Matte LotionIMG_2688[1]

When I was talking to Clarins consultant she recommended type d the hydra-matte lotion as an everyday moisturizer. It’s a very light weight cream and all you need is a little for your whole face. Every time I apply it it feels very rich and luxurious and leaves my skin feeling moisturized all day. It also has a really nice scent.

Clarins Tonic Body BalmIMG_2687[1]

There’s no worse feeling than having dry  skin after a shower so I like to apply some  body lotion afterwards. Not only is your skin moisturized and hydrated you smell beautiful for the day too!

  1. Thanks so much for all your advice… I suffer from dry skin and have tried everything so I am certainly going to follow your recommendations.
