Having some afternoon tea and Victoria sponge yesterday for Victoria Day☕👑🍰 I used @odlums_ireland flour which had the classic Victoria sponge cake recipe on the back. It was my first time making a Victoria sponge cake and it ended up a bit lopsided but as you can see that didn’t bother us at all!! It was delicious😋
